Black Swan Games is a brand new indie game studio founded by a Brazilian couple living in Berlin, Germany. Gusta Stramon and Lari Maza left successful tech careers behind to pursue a lifelong passion for memorable games.

We craft narrative-driven interactive experiences that blend cozy gameplay and funny, emotional storytelling. Our games offer a sense of player agency over the narrative, stunning art direction and music, character depth, and relationships and worlds you’ll want to re-visit.

Our studio is currently working on our first title Tequila Moonrise, programmed to launch in Summer 2026.
